Currently reading 4 Books (I Know, I Know .. I must be nuts to read them together) Found a couple of intresting lines. Thought that i should share them with ya'll
1. The Point of life is not to get anywhere - It is to notice that you are, and have allways been, already there . You are, always and forever, in the moment of pure creation. The point of life is therefore to create - who and what you are, and then to exprience that.
2. You cannot resist something to which you grant to reality. The act of resisting a thing is the act of granting it life. When you resist an energy, you place it there. the more you resist, the more you make it real - whatever it is you are resisting.

I'l let you guys get thru the 1st one on your own .. :) simple if you think hard enough the key is in the last sentence.

Think about a old tale from the panchtahtra.. the one about the doctor telling the king not to think about elephants, the king goes ahead and can only think of elephants, thus making them real (in his head of course) Similarly when you are faced with a situation that you do not like, your resisting the situation will only make the situation more "real", by trying to not think about it .. also makes the situation real because you have given the situation space in your head.. ie given it life. Then the only way to deal with a situation is to then to not give it life i.e acknowledge it and refuse to resist it and there is a good chance that the situation will be done with before you know.
